- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Oldbury health centre is no longer run by drs it's is a business now so they do not really care what happens to the patients. They are un-willing to even do the slightest thing for the patients. Drs are paid huge sums of money but seem to not be really bothered. My advice is check the laws on the health service be well armed with your rights. Government legislation says the turn around time for an appointment is 48hrs but the oldbury health centre seems to totally disregard this right that you have by law. If you try and explain in any manner they class you as a trouble maker!!! Nhs is NOT going to last as it's already on it's last legs. The secretary's are under a lot of pressure due to not enough staff also they are not trained enough to deal with people with complex issues or sensitive issues where privacy is a must. Overall a disgraceful service. They should be ashamed of themselves.by Keval KumarOctober 24, 2017
